Our emotional pain in the face of change is born of fear, fear that emanates from an overwrought personality (our ego) that is being asked to shunt aside so that something deeper, richer, and more essentially human may emerge.

Everything’s always changing, shifting, never complete, never finished, always arriving, and then, just as quickly, leaving again.
***Breaking out of our false attachment to the so-called real world of material objects. The truth is we are all constructed - made up- and therefore immeasurably more free to reinvent ourselves than we ever thought possible.***
But too often, when faced with a new direction in life, we become overwhelmed by fear; we become stuck.
***What am I supposef to do?***
Coming back to this place, every spot in the house, all the things that we did, even the tiniest, they all remind me of you. I can only imagine you were there this time. Your shadow, your name, I watch them burn inside my memory, all the way until it reaches my heart.
